Sight of a tiger has been on my mind since long and it was Footloose which made that Dream-come-true. Time feels less and more at the same moment with the this magnifiscent animal. One important take-away, its not merely a luck. A lot goes in getting that perfect team together, studying different animal behaviors to decipher the hints, being well-versed with geography of the region, so on and so forth. The entire tour was wonderful. Everything was hassle free and planned extremely well. Highlights of the tour were the 2 tigers and 2 Leopards we spotted in our safaris. Their naturalists were brilliant. The knowledge they have about the flora, fauna and the jungle as a whole is truly remarkable. The tour ended with a nature walk and visit to the Baiga tribal village. Footloose Journeys ensured that we got the entire jungle experience.

Recently travelled to Nagzira with Footloose. This was our fourth jungle camp with them and it was equally fantastic as the earlier ones. Having passionate naturalists as camp leaders is extraordinary. Their passion and enthusiasm are unmatched. Never a dull moment! They share their knowledge in such a way that I forget about everything else while listening to them. They create a complete jungle experience including interaction with the jungle dwellers, the forest guards, the guides etc. The more we get to know about the entire jungle ecosystem the more it becomes clear that how important it is to conserve it for the future of our planet. Must mention - the arrangements for stay and delicious food were perfect. Surface transport to-and-from base town was timely and in clean, good vehicles.

We were traveling with my parents and my daughter - so the age span was 9 years to 72 years! Their naturalist answered every question coming from our curious minds with patience and enthusiasm. We explored the stunning forest completely - not only tracking tigers, but sighting many other animals, beautiful birds, and towering trees. The intriguing information shared by their team extends from the jeep rides to the dinner table conversations. The team even went out of the way to celebrate my daughter's birthday during the tour! We highly recommend them as your choice for exhilarating jungle experiences and safaris!

We had the most wonderful experience in Kanha National Park with Footloose Journeys. It was our first time to India and our very first safari! And we were really looked after! The accompanying naturalist was very kind, thoughtful and understanding with my 18 year old son who has some special needs. Him, together with the local team, went above and beyond to give us the best opportunity to see as many animals as possible, including some great tiger encounters. Footloose Journeys ethos of also including experience with the Baiga tribal people and how the forest environment is managed. It gave us a wonderful insight into the area. We hope to come back again. We had an amazing time with Footloose Journeys! I was in a group of ten law students and two professors, and the Footloose team tailored the trip to our interests (environmental law, policy, and endangered species protection and conservation). We met with a top tiger conservationist and learned about efforts to protect tiger habitat in central India. We stayed in a stunning resort for two days just outside Kahna National Park and took several beautiful rides through the park and saw some incredible wildlife. They also arranged for us to meet with some of the people who were displaced when the park was formed so we could learn about their way of life and how they work to protect the forest. I definitely recommend planning a trip with Footloose Journeys. They are very responsive and easy to work with.
